Thank you for supporting our project on Kickstarter! Your contribution plays a vital role in bringing our vision to life. As we embark on the journey of manufacturing and fulfilling your rewards, we want to clarify our policy regarding refunds.
Refund Availability: At this time, we do not accept refunds for contributions made through Kickstarter or BackerKit. Once your pledge was charged, the funds were immediately allocated towards the production and fulfillment of our project.
Cancellation During Kickstarter Campaign: During the Kickstarter campaign, backers had the flexibility to cancel their pledges at any point before their cards were charged. We provided this window to ensure backers could make informed decisions about their contributions.
Purpose of Kickstarter: It’s important to understand that Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform designed to support the creation and realization of projects like ours. Your pledge directly aids in the development, manufacturing, and delivery of the promised rewards.
Commitment to Fulfillment: We are fully committed to delivering the rewards and perks as outlined in our campaign. Every contribution is instrumental in making this possible, and we’re working diligently to ensure a smooth and successful fulfillment process.

When will my items ship?
Estimated Shipping Timeline: The estimated time for the products to ship to your location is August/September 2024. Please bear in mind that this timeline is subject to change based on the duration of the production process. We will provide updates as frequently as possible to keep you informed of any changes.
Wave Shipping: There will be three waves of shipping:
First Wave: Early bird backers will be the first to receive their rewards. Second Wave: All other backers from the Kickstarter campaign will follow in the second wave. Third Wave: Individuals who preordered after the Kickstarter campaign ended will be included in the third wave. Shipping Outline: We will provide a detailed outline of the shipping schedule once the inventory arrives and we finalize the logistics. Your patience and understanding during this process are greatly appreciated as we work to ensure a smooth and timely delivery for all backers and pre-order customers.

Preorder Information
What are Preorders? Preorders allow individuals to reserve a product before it becomes available in stock. By placing a preorder, you secure your spot to receive the product once it’s ready for shipment.
Preorder Shipping: Preorders will be shipped in the third wave of shipping, as outlined in our shipment FAQ. Please refer to that section for more details on the shipping waves.
Refund Policy for Preorders: Upon placing a preorder, you will have a 24-hour window to request a refund. After this period, refunds will not be possible as we begin processing your order. Preorders are not currently in our stock and will need to be ordered separately to fulfill your request.
Order Processing: Please note that preorders are processed separately from other pledges and may have a different fulfillment timeline. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill preorders in a timely manner.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to pledges made on Kickstarter, preorders placed on our website, and any interactions with our project team. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
