Hello lovely humans!
Thank you so much for your considerable patience in regards to the surveys. We currently have switched from a two person to a one person team as my amazing partner has started a wonderful job! So I've been scrambling around wearing even more hats than usual.
That being said, I have finished all the emails regarding surveys, and will now resume all other inquiries! Surveys were just priority. If you still havent heard a response back regarding your missing survey, IM SORRY, please email me one more time at [email protected] and I will handle it ASAP! I really appreciate the patience.
We are currently finishing all the files for final production as well as waiting for the final samples of Mabel and Bipper! Production is kinda the boring part but I still feel obligated to tell you the phases that we are going through.
Lastly, for the month of May I have a surprise! May 13th is my birthday and since my store is permanently closing down at the end of the year, I wanted to go back to my roots and do something special for every one. On May 12th, I will be doing a 1-2 week preorder sale on NEW collaboration pins with Dana Terrace (Creator of The Owl House), Alex Hirsch (Creator of Gravity Falls), annnnnd mayyyybe one more creator that will soon be announced. All proceeds will go directly to the Trevor project! If yall havent followed me since the beginning, I used to do a lot more charity raising and mental health awareness T.T so I definitely want to go out with a bang!!!

Hey yall! Our smoke test worked out and after the long anticipated wait- all surveys are finally sent!
Now keep in mind- if you have used and Apple ID make sure to email us with another email as Apple IDs dont work and you won’t be getting your survey!
Lastly, you have until the 26th April to fill out your surveys before we lock in orders.

Hi everyone!
Great news- we’ve got our funds! Now comes the surveys. We’ve sent a smoke test for surveys! Which means some of you will receive surveys and once all surveys are in and there are no problems the smoke, we will send out the rest of the surveys.
This helps us ensure there are no problems with the survey system!
Please check you inboxes! And remember you have until the 26th of April to fill out your survey!

Survey, Unprocessed Payments, and Apple ID Info

Hey yall,
I know you have been waiting for surveys to be sent out, unfortunately our funds still havent come in as we need to wait for our bank to now process it completely. We need the funds to be able to pay the Backerkit fees for the survey system. (I know fees, wohoo)
However it should be sent this week, we will definitely update yall when they are sent out! Also we decided to extend the deadline of surveys and you will have until April 26th to fill out your surveys before we lock final orders! Now bear in mind- if you do need to change your address at anytime before we ship out, please email us at [email protected] and we can help you! We will make a final update about any last address changes closer to the date of when we are actually shipping out orders.
Other order of business. For any failed payments- we need to wait for the funds and Backerkit to send out surveys first before we can help with any payment processing- thanks for being patient! Also, bear in mind- anyone that uses an apple id email- please email us with a different email, or you will not get your surveys!

Days away from starting production, Quick Update

Hey everyone, quick update here. We're just days away from receiving our funds from Kickstarter to start production, and we wanted to touch base with those who might not be following our Instagram closely:
First off, Kickstarter is all about crowdfunding, helping bring projects like ours to life. Throughout the campaign, we provided updates and reminders, giving everyone ample opportunity to adjust their pledges if needed before it ended. Unfortunately, once the campaign concludes, all funds are committed to production, so refunds aren't feasible at that point.
Second, it takes two weeks for Kickstarter to deposit the collected funds from the campaign to our business, which was mentioned in our timeline board. Hence the lack of updates the past few days.
Susa and I are also transitioning into other work opportunities. As we’ve mentioned previously via Instagram, this project marks our second-to-last Kickstarter as we're gradually winding down our operations to shut down our business at the end of this year. During this two week wait period, our attention has been diverted into other commitments, including this transition and relocation of the business. Managing this campaign isn't our only full-time endeavor.
Lastly, we're not a big corporation – just a two-person team running a small business. Again we have lives and commitments outside of this project, so your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated. (I know Im being redundant in this last paragraph, but hey repetition works!)
SAMPLE UPDATE:
If you didnt see on our instagram, we have the bipper sample in! Its close to the final product we want, but we still need to adjust his pupils and glow color, BUT we are really really close for a first try!
