Days away from starting production, Quick Update

Hey everyone, quick update here. We're just days away from receiving our funds from Kickstarter to start production, and we wanted to touch base with those who might not be following our Instagram closely:
First off, Kickstarter is all about crowdfunding, helping bring projects like ours to life. Throughout the campaign, we provided updates and reminders, giving everyone ample opportunity to adjust their pledges if needed before it ended. Unfortunately, once the campaign concludes, all funds are committed to production, so refunds aren't feasible at that point.
Second, it takes two weeks for Kickstarter to deposit the collected funds from the campaign to our business, which was mentioned in our timeline board. Hence the lack of updates the past few days.
Susa and I are also transitioning into other work opportunities. As we’ve mentioned previously via Instagram, this project marks our second-to-last Kickstarter as we're gradually winding down our operations to shut down our business at the end of this year. During this two week wait period, our attention has been diverted into other commitments, including this transition and relocation of the business. Managing this campaign isn't our only full-time endeavor.
Lastly, we're not a big corporation – just a two-person team running a small business. Again we have lives and commitments outside of this project, so your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated. (I know Im being redundant in this last paragraph, but hey repetition works!)
SAMPLE UPDATE:
If you didnt see on our instagram, we have the bipper sample in! Its close to the final product we want, but we still need to adjust his pupils and glow color, BUT we are really really close for a first try!

Surveys and Pre-orders!

Hey yall!
Just wanted to update to help with any confusion. Surveys for address' will be sent out in two weeks. That being said, we have decided to bite the bullet and do Backerkit survey, as it will help us navigate better for any extra add-ons, new customer pre-orders that we will have, and all of the existing pledges!
When you get your surveys, we also put up, as an extra add ons, the Voodoo Dolls from the previous Alex Hirsch collab as well as soldout The Owl House merch! This way you can save on shipping and not have to order twice!
Now bear in mind, the surveys will be sent April 5th and you will have until April 19th to fill out your survey. PLEASE make sure to fill them out or we wont know where to ship your items come August.
We are currently receiving an influx of emails and will return to them on Monday!

HELLOOOO MY BILL-EVE-VERS!
It is the last 18 hours of the campaign AND WE ARENT FINISHED YET! We have put up our previously made Family Portrait pin and the OG Bill Cipher iTA bag up as a tier and an Add-on.
Lastly, Im kinda say F*** it and putting up an exclusive limited run of this Mabel variant, probably the dumbest move buuuut. Hey I hope yall can support. Im only putting up 150 pcs. The retail is $140.
Unfortunately we will not be using Backerkit as our post Kickstarter third party survey. So you will not be able to add-on your order after the campaign ends. Both KS and Backerkit combined will take too much of a percentage, so that is why we are putting up the last two products mentioned above now. We appreciate your understanding in this.

Hey everyone!
We've just wrapped up the 3D renders, and now we're turning to you for your valuable input. We're torn between Mabel with or without the Glow in the Dark braces. Personally, I'm leaning towards without, but I did mention that it would be GID. Just a quick reminder: in our Risks and Challenges section, we emphasized that all products are subject to change. This means we might pivot a design if deemed thats its an important and necessary adjustment that is needed. However, I wanted to ensure your involvement in this decision-making process before we finalize anything. Your input matters greatly to us so please let us know which youd prefer in the comments below!!

Happy Saturday BILL-eve-ers!
We are JUST a couple thousand away from hitting 200k and I thought — “Heck, I’m impatient and I reeallly want to see the Ford pin come to life.” So I’m deciding to open up the stretch for Ford a little early! Our Everything is Fine Ford Pin is now available as an add-on and a tier!!!
Second! When we actually hit 200k, we will unlock, drumroll please, the 5” Miss Glitter Knight! She will be priced at $80, a little more than Bipper as there are more components and mold cost to this collectable! We plan for her sweater and braces to be glow in the dark BUT we have yet to finalize the other parts that will be glow in the dark — so stay tuned :)
Now with that being said, we unfortunately can’t offer a freebie for this figure as the production cost has gone up. UNLESS! If we get a large volume of you ordering this figure- then things may be subject to change. Again- thank y’all for being so flexible with us as we near the end of our KS campaign.
